本人自幼身体瘦弱,弱不禁风,进入中年后更甚,稍遇风寒或疲劳,便会感冒发热咳嗽,全身不适,四肢乏力,加之老年退行性骨质疏松导致脊柱肥大、腰椎间盘突出,因而经常腰酸背疼,浑身难受。为此,我除了每天坚持全身按摩和晨练气功外,还在一位老中医的指点下,学会了一种“敲打疗法”。20多年来,我坚持每天对四肢、腰部和颈部等处敲打,并成了一种生活习惯。那位老中医在传授“敲打疗法”时,给我们每人赠送了一根用质地坚硬的榆木加工做成的圆柱形小棍
