埋入式盐浴炉电极间距小,这对发出功率有利,但会影响电极的使用寿命,往往炉膛没坏而电极已烧损,不得不重新筑炉更换电极。经过反复实践观察,我们在电极易烧损的头部加焊一小块不锈钢(如1Cr18Ni9Ti),使问题圆满解决。以我们车间50kW中温(950℃)、高温(1300℃)盐浴炉为例:炉膛呈圆形,直径360mm,下部电极呈瓦片状,电极间距70mm,我们在三个瓦片电极 Buried salt bath furnace electrode spacing is small, which is beneficial to the issue of power, but will affect the life of the electrode, the furnace is often not bad and the electrode has been burned, had to rebuild replacement electrode.
