随着各项体制改革的不断深入,人事制度也发生变化。在市场经济环境下,人才流动更加频繁,进而导致人事档案管理工作出现新的特点。因此,新时期人事档案管理需要与时俱进,为此,本文首先阐述人事档案管理存在的问题,然后分析造成人事档案管理问题的原因,最后提出新时期加强人事档案管理的具体措施,为组织开展人事档案管理工作提供参考依据。
