PGF_2α是母羊体内主要的天然黄体溶素,动情期后11~13天子宫开始分泌PGF_2α使黄体退化,而PGE_2可能减弱此作用。本实验测定了母羊动情周期13~16天和孕早期子宫卵巢静脉中PGF_2α和PGE_2的浓度,以观察孕酮对子宫分泌PGF_2α和PGE_2的调节作用。实验用成熟母羊,每天两次检查标准动情期,需选择前一动情周期至少15.5~19天的母羊。动情期后12天,母羊用戊巴比妥钠麻醉,做中下腹部切口,在黄体对侧的子宫卵巢静脉内放置一硅聚乙烯插管。对照组母羊不作进一步处理,其中7只不交配,8只交配。实验组母羊动情期后12天双侧卵巢切除,7只不交配,8只交配。另一实验组母羊动
PGF 2α is the major natural luteinizing hormone in ewes, and the uterus begins to secrete PGF_2α to degrade the corpus luteum from 11 to 13 days after estrus, while PGE_2 may weaken this effect. In this study, we measured the concentrations of PGF_2α and PGE_2 in uterine ovary veins during the first 13-16 days of pregnancy and the first trimester of pregnancy, in order to observe the regulation of progesterone on the secretion of PGF 2α and PGE 2 in the uterus.
