目的优化唐古特大黄中番泻苷A的提取工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以番泻苷A含量为依据,选取Na HCO3溶液浓度、Na HCO3溶液用量、超声提取时间等3个主要因素进行了响应曲面试验设计,优化了唐古特大黄中番泻苷A的提取工艺。结果番泻苷A提取的最佳工艺条件为:称取0.25g大黄粉末,溶解于40.8ml、0.15%的Na HCO3溶液中,超声提取40.5min,过滤,利用HPLC法测得番泻苷A可达到0.38%。结论该工艺稳定,番泻苷A的较高,为唐古特大黄中番泻苷A的工业化生产奠定基础。
Objective To optimize the extraction of sennoside A from the rhubarb of Tanggut. Methods Based on the single factor experiment and the sennoside A content as the basis, three main factors including concentration of Na HCO3 solution, amount of Na HCO3 solution and ultrasonic extraction time were selected for response surface test design. Sennoside A extraction process. Results The optimum conditions for the extraction of sennoside A were as follows: 0.25 g rhubarb powder was weighed, dissolved in 40.8 ml of 0.15% Na HCO3 solution, extracted by ultrasonic for 40.5 min and filtered, and sennoside A Reached 0.38%. Conclusion The process is stable and sennoside A is high, which lays a foundation for the industrial production of sennoside A in Tanggut rhubarb.
