目的 探讨乳腺高频X线表现 ,旨在提高对乳腺疾病的正确诊断。方法 选取乳腺高频X线片 10 0 0例 ,进行X线腺体分型 ,并分析良、恶性肿瘤检出情况。结果 腺体分为 6型 ,致密型、蜂窝型、团块型、混合型、束带型和萎缩型。良性肿瘤 13 1例 ,恶性肿瘤 40例 ,两者好发年龄 3 6～ 45岁 ,为致密型腺体最多见。良性肿瘤块影检出率为 76.3 % ,恶性肿瘤块影检出率为 92 .5 %。结论 乳腺高频X线片清晰度高、对比度好、病变检出率高 ,在乳腺良、恶性疾病的诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the high frequency X-ray findings of breast, aimed at improving the correct diagnosis of breast disease. Methods One hundred and ten cases of high frequency X-ray of breast were selected for X-ray gland classification, and the detection of benign and malignant tumors was analyzed. Results The glands were divided into 6 types, compact type, honeycomb type, lump type, mixed type, band type and atrophy type. Thirteen cases of benign tumors, 40 cases of malignant tumors, both of them age 3 6 ~ 45 years old, the most common for dense glands. The detection rate of benign tumor mass was 76.3%, the detection rate of malignant mass was 92.5%. Conclusion Breast high-frequency X-ray films with high definition, good contrast, high detection rate of lesions, benign and malignant breast disease diagnosis is of great value.
