中国水力发电工程学会水能规划及动能经济专业委员会年会于1985年9月8日至9月14日在杭州举行。到会有42个单位、70名代表,收到48篇文章。会上张铁铮付理事长、罗西北付局长等领导讲了话。他们就目前如何加快水电建设作好经济论证(经济评价、经济规律、经济实体)工作发表了意见。大会上共宣读了近20篇文章。小组会上代表们对今后如何加速水电建设及作好本专业工作,进行了热烈讨论。一致认为为适应大力发展水电的需要,必须做好前期工作加强经济论证。并认为对电价、集资办电、利润、税率等问题有必要尽快研究。代表们还认为应该把水电站的优点说透、宣传 The annual meeting of the China Association of Hydroelectric Engineering Society for hydropower planning and kinetic energy specialized committees was held in Hangzhou from September 8th to September 14th, 1985. A total of 20 articles were read out at the conference. The delegates at the group held lively discussion on how to speed up the construction of hydropower and how to do a good job in this field. It is agreed that in order to meet the needs of vigorously developing hydropower, it is necessary to do a good job in preparatory work and strengthen economic justification. It also considers that it is necessary to study as soon as possible issues such as electricity prices, fund-raising offices, profits, and tax rates.
