我国目前用焦磷酸重量法(所需粉尘样品达100mg以上)测定粉尘中游离SiO_2含量,因受灵敏度限制,不能直接测定空气中的粉尘,而只能用集尘的方法替代之,这就大大地降低了测定结果的卫生学意义。测定生产性粉尘中的微量游离SiO_2,据报道,国外的方法多使用精密度很高的仪器设备,样品的前处理比较繁琐。而国内则尚未见有可行的分析方法的报道。
At present, the content of free SiO_2 in dust is determined by pyrophosphoric acid gravimetric method (the required dust sample is more than 100mg). Due to the limitation of sensitivity, the dust in the air can not be directly measured but instead can be replaced by dust collecting method. Reduce the hygienic significance of the measurement results. Determination of trace amounts of free soot in the production of dust, it is reported that foreign methods and more use of high precision instruments and equipment, sample preparation is more complicated. There are no reports of viable analytical methods in China yet.
