我国自六十年代应用无底柱分段崩落法以来,随着技术和管理水平的提高,其应用范围日益扩大,在不稳围岩倾斜中厚矿体中的应用亦逐渐增多。 当围岩不稳固时,倾斜中厚矿体的采矿方法选择比较困难,这主要是它要兼顾安全、高效、损失贫化指标,以及经济效益等诸方面。在各类采矿方法中:由于围岩不稳固,空场采矿法不宜采用;或者由于矿石品位及价值低,使成本较高的充填采矿法被放弃。因此,在地表允许崩落的矿山,崩落法就成为开采这类矿体的可行采矿法,从中亦随之出现了开采急倾斜矿体所未曾暴露的新问题,如下盘矿石损失就是其一。
Since the application of the pillarless subsidence caving method in China since the 1960s, with the improvement of technology and management level, its application range has been expanding day by day, and the application in the unstable ore body with inclined slope is gradually increasing. When the surrounding rock is not stable, it is difficult to choose the mining method of inclined medium thick ore body, mainly because it should take safety, high efficiency, loss and dilution index, and economic benefits into consideration. Among the various mining methods: the open pit mining method is not suitable for use due to the unstable surrounding rock; or the higher cost filling mining method is abandoned due to the low grade and value of the ore. Therefore, in the mines where the ground is allowed to break down, the caving method becomes a feasible mining method for mining such ore bodies. From then on, there emerge new problems such as the unexploded mining of steep ore bodies.
