目的改进强心苷强心作用的药理学实验步骤,使实验更简便,学生更容易理解,以加强教学效果,纠正错误观念。方法用苯巴比妥造成蟾蜍心衰模型,然后用强心苷解救。结果重复实验的结果显示,对发生心衰的蟾蜍心脏,强心苷能显著增加心肌收缩力。结论对现行教材中强心苷强心作用实验方法的改进是成功的。 Objective To improve the cardiac function of cardiac glycosides pharmacological experimental steps to make the experiment easier and easier for students to understand in order to enhance teaching effectiveness and correct wrong ideas. Results The results of repeated experiments showed that cardiac glycosides significantly increased myocardial contractility in heart toads that developed heart failure. Conclusion The improvement of experimental methods of cardiac glycosides in the current teaching materials is successful.
