目的分析北京市房山区2010-2012年食物中毒发生现况,为制定有效的预防措施提供科学依据。方法对北京市房山区2010-2012年食物中毒的发生起数、中毒人数等进行描述性分析。结果 2010-2012年房山区食物中毒发生起数呈下降趋势;高发季节为秋季;集体食堂是中毒的高发场所;植物性食品为食物中毒的主要食物类型;引起食物中毒的主要原因是细菌性和有毒动植物性食物中毒。结论房山区食物中毒形势依然严峻,特别是秋季食物中毒高发,应针对不同场所制定相应的防控措施。
Objective To analyze the incidence of food poisoning in Fangshan District of Beijing from 2010 to 2012 and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of effective preventive measures. Methods The incidence of food poisoning and the number of poisoning in Fangshan District of Beijing from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed descriptively. Results The incidence of food poisoning in Fangshan District showed a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2012; the high season was in autumn; the collective canteens were the highest incidence of poisoning; and the vegetative foods were the main types of food poisoning. The main causes of food poisoning were bacterial and Poisonous animal and vegetable food poisoning. Conclusion The situation of food poisoning in Fangshan District is still severe. Especially in the autumn, food poisoning is high, and corresponding prevention and control measures should be formulated for different places.
