一、问题的提出我们在制订《镶片齿轮滚刀标准》和《正前角镶片齿轮滚刀标准》的过程中,发现目前各工厂大模数段的齿轮滚刀齿形误差超差。我们对零度前角滚刀(目前各厂生产和检测都按阿基米德基本蜗杆)的理论造形误差进行了计算,发现理论造形误差在大模数段已经超过了齿轮滚刀所规定的齿形误差;同时,还发现如果齿轮滚刀采用固定偏位值修磨,齿形误差也将增大。所以,有必要对以上问题进行分析和讨论。
