苯是确认的致癌物,持续苯暴露可引起血液系统肿瘤。流行病学研究已经证实职业苯暴露人群急性髓系白血病的高发病率。近年,苯诱导的急性白血病动物模型的建立促进了苯致白血病机制的深入研究,本文对苯皮下注射及吸入染毒两种方法诱导白血病动物模型的建立进行了综述。
Benzene is a confirmed carcinogen, persistent benzene exposure can cause hematological tumors. Epidemiological studies have confirmed the high prevalence of acute myeloid leukemia in occupational benzene exposure populations. In recent years, the establishment of benzene-induced acute leukemia animal model to promote the in-depth study of the mechanism of benzene induced leukemia, the paper subcutaneous injection of benzene and inhalation of two methods to induce the establishment of animal models of leukemia are reviewed.
