人文素质是引导人们思考人生的目的、意义、价值,发展人性、完善人格,启发人们做一个真正的人,做一个智慧的人,做一个有修养的人。良好的人文素质表现为:追求崇高的理想和优秀道德情操,向往和塑造健全完美的人格,热爱和追求真理,严谨、求实的科学精神,儒雅的风度气质等。随着科学技术和社会经济的发展,人们认识到在专业教学中渗透人文教育,将有助于学生人格的完善,给学生提供强大的精神动力和情感支持,才能培养出全面发展的创新型人才。下面我根据多年的教学经验,谈一下怎样在化学教学中培养人文素质。
Humanistic quality is to guide people to think about the purpose of life, meaning, value, development of human nature, improve personality, inspire people to be a real person, be a wise man, be a man of accomplishment. Good humanistic quality is as follows: Pursuing lofty ideals and excellent moral sentiments, longing for and shaping a sound and perfect personality, love and pursuit of truth, rigorous and realistic scientific spirit, elegant style and so on. With the development of science and technology and social economy, people realize that infiltration of humanities education into professional teaching will help improve students’ personality and provide students with powerful spiritual motivation and emotional support so as to cultivate all-round development of innovative talents . Here I am based on years of teaching experience, talk about how to cultivate the humanities in chemistry teaching quality.
