福建省社会劳动保险经办机构成立25年来,福建省企业职工社会保险逐步完善健全,从粗放型管理到标准化管理,从手工操作到信息化管理,取得了令人瞩目的斐然成就。但社保经办机构长期实行的“专管员制”业务经办模式的弊端日益显现,柜员制模式转变顺应社会保险事业发展形势。
Over the past 25 years since the establishment of social labor insurance agency in Fujian Province, social insurance for workers and staff of enterprises in Fujian Province has been gradually improved. From extensive management to standardized management and from manual operations to information management, remarkable achievements have been made.
