1临床资料患者，男，56岁，因“发现阴茎破溃7d，尿道流脓伴疼痛2d”来皮肤性病科门诊就诊。患者1周前发现阴茎上出现一小丘疹，无特殊不适，未予以处理，但皮损处渐渐出现溃疡并逐渐扩大，就诊前2日出现小便疼痛伴有脓性分泌物。患者诉3周前至就诊时有多次冶游史。
