以DSC、XRD、TEM方法分析研究乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)乳液与丙烯酸酯共聚物(PA)乳液共混乳胶膜相容性及微观结构.结果表明:共混乳胶膜两个玻璃化转化温度有相互靠拢的趋势;共混体系中PA乳胶粒部分进入EVA乳胶粒核壳内部;而当共混比例为EVA/PA=70/30时,共混乳胶膜仍有部分EVA中的微晶结构.共混体系呈现部分相容情况.
The compatibility and microstructure of the emulsion film were studied by DSC, XRD and TEM. The results showed that the two glass transition temperatures of the blended latex films tended to move closer to each other. Part of the PA latex particles in the blend system entered the shell of the EVA latex core shell. When the blend ratio was EVA / PA = 70/30, The blended latex film still has some crystallites in the EVA. Blending system showed partial compatibility.
