采用不同的方法检测乙肝五项,比较两种方法的差异性,结果 ELISA、CLIA两种检测方法对于HBe Ag、HBs Ag、HBs Ab、HBe Ab的检测,无明显差异性;对于HBc Ab的检测,具有明显差异性。目的:对酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)和化学发光技术(CLIA)检测乙肝五项的结果差异进行比较分析。方法:选取我院2015年6月至2016年12月接收的98例乙肝病人血清标本的HBs Ag、HBs Ab、HBe Ag、HBe Ab、HBc Ab为研究对象,对ELISA和ECLIA两种方法检测乙肝病毒五项血清标志物的结果进行观察比较,检测结果用阳性和阴性进行表示,并采用c2进行统计学分析。结果:ELISA、CLIA两种检测方法对于HBe Ag、HBs Ag、HBs Ab、HBe Ab的检测,无明显差异性;对于HBc Ab的检测,具有明显差异性。结论:化学发光技术检测灵敏度与酶联免疫吸附试验法相比较高,应尽量采用化学发光技术进行检测。
Five different methods were used to detect hepatitis B, and the differences between the two methods were compared. Results ELISA and CLIA showed no significant difference in the detection of HBe Ag, HBs Ag, HBs Ab and HBe Ab. , With significant differences. OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the differences of the results of five items of hepatitis B detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence (CLIA). Methods: HBs Ag, HBs Ab, HBe Ag, HBe Ab and HBc Ab were collected from 98 cases of hepatitis B patients in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016. ELISA and ECLIA were used to detect hepatitis B Virus five serum markers were observed and compared, the test results were positive and negative, and using c2 for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference between ELISA and CLIA in the detection of HBe Ag, HBs Ag, HBs Ab and HBe Ab. The detection of HBc Ab was significantly different. Conclusion: Chemiluminescence detection sensitivity is higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Chemiluminescence detection should be used as much as possible.
