探讨bcl-x基因在白血病中的表达及意义．方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测19例白血病及4株白血病细胞中Bcl-x的表达，并用Western免疫印迹法确定白血病细胞株中Bcl-X表达形式．结果：白血病中Bcl-x阳性率为73．7％（14／19），4株白血病细胞均表达Bcl-x-1形式．结论：白血病细胞中Bcl-x1表达可能与白血病发病有关．
To investigate the expression and significance of bcl-x gene in leukemia. METHODS: The expression of Bcl-x in 19 leukemia and 4 leukemic cells was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of Bcl-X in leukemic cell lines was determined by Western blot. RESULTS: The positive rate of Bcl-x in leukemia was 73.7% (14/19). All four leukemia cells expressed Bcl-x-1. Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-x1 in leukemia cells may be related to the pathogenesis of leukemia.
