采用微量细胞病变抑制法在Vero细胞上研究了IFNα2a抗HSV－Ⅰ型和HSV－Ⅱ型疱疹病毒的作用。结果表明，万兴IFNα2a和罗扰素IFNα2a在Vero细胞上500IU／ml可以抗1000TCID50，50IU／ml可以抗100TCID50，5IU／ml可以抗10TCID50的HSV－Ⅰ型和HSV－Ⅱ型疱疹病毒感染细胞。提示万兴IFNα2a和罗扰素均显示明显的抗病毒效应，且两者无明显差别。
The effects of IFNα2a against HSV-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ herpesvirus were studied on Vero cells by using the method of microcytopathy inhibition. The results showed that the anti-HSV-Ⅰ and HSV-Ⅱ herpesvirus Nos. 1 and 2 were resistant to 100 TCID50 at 500 IU / ml and 50 IU / ml at 50 IU / ml in Vero cells. Prompted Banxing IFNα2a and lorazone showed significant antiviral effects, and no significant difference between the two.
