1. In areas where electricity has not yet been used, through the implementation of the “Eight-Seven-A-Poverty Alleviation Program” and the “Power Poverty Alleviation Project”, seven years (including the 1994-Editor’s note) were used to eliminate 28 electricity-free projects. Counties have made more than 95% of rural households use electricity.
