本文研究了HilltoP大鼠与Wistar大鼠肺对5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素和血管紧张素Ⅰ的代谢功能,探讨其与缺氧性肺缩管反应差异的关系。结果两种大鼠离休肺摄取代谢5-HT、生成5-羟吲哚乙酸的量无明显差异;对血管紧张素Ⅰ的转换能力也无明显差异;Hilltop大鼠肺清除去甲肾上腺素的能力还高于Wistar大鼠。提示此两种大鼠的缺氧性肺缩管反应差异与肺血管内皮代谢胺类缩血管物质的能力和血管紧张素转换酶的活性无直接关系。
In this paper, the metabolic function of 5-HT, norepinephrine and angiotensin Ⅰ in the lungs of HilltoP and Wistar rats was studied to investigate their relationship with hypoxic pulmonary retraction response. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the amount of 5-hydroxy-5-hydroxy uptake and metabolism in the lungs between the two rats and the ability of converting to angiotensin Ⅰ. The ability of the lung to clear norepinephrine in Hilltop rats was not significantly different Also higher than Wistar rats. It is suggested that there is no direct relationship between the difference of hypoxic pulmonary tracheal response and the ability of endothelium to metabolize amine vasoconstrictor and the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme in these two kinds of rats.
