在对同炉号材料的个体差异忽略不计,其余热处理条件相同的情况下,通过不同温度的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢小直径阶梯工件淬火试验,获得了回火后大、小直径的硬度数据,并利用最小二乘法和牛顿插值法分别对大、小径硬度进行了拟合分析,确认了其大、小直径的硬度差异,为同类材料、相近尺寸和类型工件的热处理工艺制定提供了参考。
After ignoring the individual differences of the same heat-treating material and the other heat-treating conditions, the hardness data of large and small diameter after tempering were obtained by the quenching test of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel small-diameter step-shaped workpiece with different temperature, Two-piece method and Newton’s method were respectively used to analyze the hardness of large and small diameter. The difference of hardness between big and small diameter was confirmed, which provided references for the heat treatment process of similar materials, similar sizes and types of workpieces.
