工学结合是目前普遍认可的一种职业教育人才培养模式。但是,当前我国职业院校全面推行这一模式还有不少现实困难,实践中还存在着一些问题值得注意,大多数职业院校特别是中职院校从自身发展需要出发,在“订单式”人才培养模式的背景下,为缩短学校教育与用人单位短期需求之间的差距、提高学生的就业竞争力,在教学过程中更注重于对学生专业职业技能的培养,由此出现了“重技能、轻人文”的现象。从长远的发展方向来看,随着社会科技的进一步深入发展,用人单位生产、管理一线所需要的人才不仅仅是动手能力强的技术型人才,他们更需要的是具备较强可持续发展能力和具有较好人文素质的高素质技能型人才。因此,在教学实践中不能忽视人文教育,特别是传统文化教育的培养,以提高学生的综合素质尤其是职业素养。
