钛带整卷热处理较单片热处理保温时间更长,其组织和性能的均匀性是否能保证,一直困扰着大家。本文通过对3个阶段试验,选用3炉多个批次产品进行性能测试,分别对比了带卷最外圈、最内圈上、中、下;带卷最外圈、壁厚1/4处、壁厚1/2处、壁厚3/4处、最内圈上中下;片式退火整垛料上、中、下、头、中、尾随机取样;分别对产品进行了力学性能等测试。经过分析,总结出带卷退火,整体均匀性较好,最大差值约30 MPa。
