目的了解黑龙江省大学生应急准备现状,分析其影响因素,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法运用一般描述性分析、χ2检验与多因素logistic回归分析对黑龙江省7所大学多阶段随机抽取的1 806名学生的应急准备现状进行了分析。结果常用类及一般家用类应急物品准备较好,专用类物品准备较差;其中,男性、16~19岁组、居住地为城市、农科类院校学生、低年级学生、接受过应急训练的大学生其应急物品准备情况较好(χ2=8.643、15.864、8.178、19.303、16.426、16.624,P均<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,大学生应急物品准备的影响因素为性别(OR=0.714)、学校类别(OR=1.075)、应急训练(OR=1.424)、应急准备行为倾向(OR=2.238)、知识与技能(OR=1.055)。结论大学生的应急物品准备情况有待提高,年龄、学校类别、应急准备行为倾向、应急知识与技能及是否有过应急训练与应急准备水平相关,需要加强对大学生的应急教育、培训、演练。
Objective To understand the current situation of emergency preparation for college students in Heilongjiang Province, analyze the influencing factors and provide the basis for the formulation of intervention strategies. Methods The general descriptive analysis, χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the emergency preparedness status of 1 806 students randomly selected from multiple stages in 7 universities in Heilongjiang Province. Results Common families and general household emergency preparedness were good, while those for special household preparation were poor. Among them, male, aged 16-19, lived in urban and agricultural colleges and junior high schools and had received emergency training (Χ2 = 8.643,15.864,8.178,19.303,16.426,16.624, P <0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of college students’ emergency preparation were gender (OR = 0.714), school type (OR = 1.075), emergency training (OR = 1.424), emergency preparedness tendency (OR = 2.238), knowledge and skills (OR = 1.055). Conclusion The emergency preparedness of college students needs to be improved. Age, school category, tendency of emergency preparedness, emergency knowledge and skills, and whether there is contingency training and emergency preparedness level need to be strengthened. Emergency education, training and drills for undergraduates should be strengthened.
