在收录机生产中,整机的功能和性能指标,在很大程度上取决于录、放板的质量。目前检查基板质量和故障的方法有两种:一种是“静态”测试;另一种一般称为“功能”或“动态”测试。前者能够检查出插上基板的部分元器件是否超差,焊接点有无短路、开路等,为修理提供方便。而后者是对基板进行逼真的、直观的、性能参数检查、调整,判定故障所在,并对某些元器件参数进行调整,使之达到最佳状态,从而对基板的功能、性能指标最后作出客观的、定量的认定。这是在收录机生产(以至各种机器生产)中不可缺少的步
