过去,我厅的档案工作是搞得不太好的,欠账很多。去年,厅里实行岗位责任制,规定分管档案工作的办公室副主任“要负责组织指导,督促检查档案工作”。我深感自己的责任重大,如再不抓好档案工作,将是一种失职行为。于是,用心下力地做了一些工作,取得了一些成绩。在工作实践中我体会到,要做好档案工作,首先是要搞好宣传,引起大家对档案工作的重视。档
