随着21世纪教育大发展的到来,以及学校体育功能的不断扩大,学校体育已经进行了一轮教育教学改革——新课程教育教学改革,我们学校教育工作也发生了巨大的改变,有原来的“应试教育”向“素质教育”的转变,我们作为体育教育工作者——一线的体育教学工作者,面对新形势,在新课程理念下应该怎样重构自身的素质呢?本文通过对存在一些问题与现状的分析,最后阐述了在新课程理念下体育教师自身素质构建的要点。
With the advent of the great development of education in the 21st century and the continuous expansion of school sports functions, the school sports have carried out a round of reform in education and teaching - the reform of new curriculum education and teaching, and great changes have taken place in our school education. How to reconstruct our own qualities under the new curriculum conception? As a physical education educator, front-line physical education workers, we should face up to the new situation and change from “examination-oriented education” to “quality education”. Based on the analysis of some existing problems and the current situation, this article elaborates the main points of constructing PE teachers’ own qualities under the new curriculum concept.
