一、前言常州自行车研究所与武进容器厂、上海工程技术大学协作改革自行车曲柄机构,决定把钢制曲柄改革为铝合金曲柄。铝合金自行车曲柄具有重量轻的优点,所以本项工作重点是使曲柄内部组织致密,机械性能指标达到或接近钢制曲柄的水平。武进容器厂和上海工程技术大学采用先进的液态模锻技术,经两年余的共同努力,终于成功地试制出数批液态模锻铝合金自行车曲柄零件。产品完全符合设计要求。图1所示为液态模锻铝合金自行车左、右曲
I. Introduction Changzhou Bicycle Research Institute and Wujin Container Plant, Shanghai University of Engineering collaborated on the reform of bicycle crank mechanism, decided to reform the steel crank to aluminum alloy crank. Aluminum alloy bicycle crank has the advantages of light weight, so the focus of this work is to make the internal structure of the crank compact, mechanical performance indicators at or near the level of the steel crank. Wujin Container Plant and Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology using advanced liquid forging technology, after more than two years of joint efforts, finally succeeded in trial production of a number of liquid forged aluminum alloy bicycle crank parts.
