信访工作作为党的群众工作的重要组成部分,是党和政府联系群众的重要桥梁、倾听群众呼声的重要窗口、体察群众疾苦的重要途径。在信访工作中,引入心理学技术一方面可以化解信访矛盾,指明疏导重点和工作方向,使信访化解工作更具针对性,提高信访工作效能,避免浪费信访资源;另一方面,还有益于缓解上访者的心理压力、促进信访者的心理健康,实现人的心理和谐。因此,关注心理学在信访工作中的作用和应用,体现了信访工作“以人为本”的理念,有助于和谐社会的创建和巩固发展。
