胰腺癌预后差的重要原因之一就是其具有神经侵犯的生物学特性。胰腺癌神经侵犯的发生率很高,其发生与手术根治程度及术后复发密切相关。胰腺癌神经侵犯具体机制及相关因素尚不明确。作者对有关胰腺癌神经侵犯机制的研究现状以及神经侵犯与病理、预后、胰腺癌根治手术的关系作一综述。 One of the important reasons for the poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer is that it has the biological characteristics of nerve invasion. The incidence of pancreatic cancer is high, which is closely related to the degree of radical surgery and postoperative recurrence. Specific mechanisms of pancreatic cancer and related factors of nerve invasion is not yet clear. The author of the study on the mechanism of neural invasion of pancreatic cancer and the relationship between nerve invasion and pathology, prognosis, radical surgery of pancreatic cancer are reviewed.
