采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(Sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)浊点萃取(Cloud PointExtraction,CPE),高效液相色谱法(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定鱼类样品中痕量多环芳烃(PAHs),考察了适宜的反应条件和影响因素(脱脂pH、脱脂温度、脱脂时间、SDS、HCl和NaCl的用量)。在最佳条件下,5种PAHs萘、芴、苊烯、菲和芘的方法检出限分别为:660、780、90、1650、240ng·g-1,线性范围为0—3×105ng·g-1。方法快速、简便、经济,应用于鱼类中痕量PAHs的测定,结果满意。
The anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) cloud point extraction (CPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to determine the presence of trace polycyclic Aromatics (PAHs) were prepared and the suitable reaction conditions and influencing factors (degreasing pH, degreasing temperature, degreasing time, the amount of SDS, HCl and NaCl) were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits of the five PAHs naphthalene, fluorene, camphene, phenanthrene and pyrene were 660,780,90,1650,240 ng · g-1, the linear range was 0-3 × 105 ng · g-1. The method was rapid, simple and economical, and was applied to the determination of trace PAHs in fish with satisfactory results.
