例1:男,54岁。主诉活动后胸闷、憋气。体检闻及收缩期杂音,超声心动图示:室间隔及左室后壁增厚,分别为1.4cm、1.3cm。心电图示:电轴左偏,Ⅰ呈qR型、avL呈QR型,V_3～V_6呈qRs型,Q波均深而窄,QV_4>QV_5;RV_5+SV_1=2.6mv+1.9mv=4.5mv,RV_1=1.4mv,PtfV_1=-0.04
Example 1: Male, 54 years old. Chest tightness after the main complaint activities, suffocation. Physical examination and systolic murmur, echocardiography showed: ventricular septal and left ventricular wall thickening, respectively, 1.4cm, 1.3cm. Electrocardiogram: left axis deviation, Ⅰ was qR type, avL was QR type, V_3 ~ V_6 was qRs type, Q wave were deep and narrow, QV_4> QV_5; RV_5 + SV_1 = 2.6mv + 1.9mv = 4.5mv, RV_1 = 1.4mv, PtfV_1 = -0.04
