作者成功地获得了持续稳定分泌抗人聚白蛋白(PHSA)的单克隆抗体(McAb)细胞株。用~(125)I标记该McAb,采用敏感性高的RIA法对HBsAg阳性和阴性血清中老化的白蛋白分子进行了探测。结果发现PHSA主要存在于HBsAg阳性血清中。此工作为乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)与循环中PHSA结合的可能性提供了实验依据。
The authors successfully obtained monoclonal antibody (McAb) cell lines that consistently and stably secrete anti-human albumin (PHSA). The McAb was labeled with 125 I, and the albumin molecules aged in HBsAg-positive and -negative sera were probed using the highly sensitive RIA method. The results found that PHSA is mainly present in HBsAg-positive serum. This work provided an experimental basis for the possibility of combining hepatitis B virus (HBV) with circulating PHSA.
