声鼻测量法(acoustic rhinometry)是一种测量鼻腔和上咽部几何形状的新方法。仪器由发声装置、放大器、滤波器和计算机等几部分组成。主要原理是通过一个鼻孔塞将声信号导入鼻腔,记录鼻腔各个部分对声信号的反射,从前至后每4mm取样一次,记录该鼻腔横断面反射的声波、经数字转换,在座标中画出曲线,座标横轴示鼻腔长度,纵轴示鼻腔的横断面。作者对8例复发性鼻息肉肌注培他米松2ml前后行声鼻测量,同时测定鼻呼气峰流量,记录鼻部主观症状即鼻指数。结果,注射后鼻息肉缩小、鼻腔空间显著增大、鼻呼气峰
