本文从跨文化角度对中国实施跨国并购进行分析,提出中国企业实施跨国并购文化差异整合策略,应遵循以人为本、实事求是等原则,并充分考虑我国企业实际情况,进行适合中国企业实际情况的文化整合。
This article analyzes China’s implementation of cross-border M & A from a cross-cultural perspective. It proposes that Chinese enterprises implement the strategy of integrating cultural differences in cross-border M & A. They should follow the principles of “people-oriented” and “seeking truth from facts” and take into consideration the actual conditions of Chinese enterprises and cultural integration appropriate to the actual conditions of Chinese enterprises.
