采用熔融挤出工艺制备了聚乳酸(PLA)-生物乙醇副产物(BEB)共混材料。考察了BEB及3种相容剂对材料力学性能的影响,并通过接触角测量、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对材料的性能及微观形貌进行了分析表征。结果表明:随着BEB含量的升高,共混材料的力学性能逐步降低,而相容剂的加入则能在一定程度上提高共混材料的拉伸强度,同时使共混物的表面自由能降低到纯聚乳酸的水平。与简单共混物相比,增容材料的热稳定性得到了加强,其玻璃化转变的温度区间也变窄。
The polylactic acid (PLA) - bioethanol byproduct (BEB) blends were prepared by melt extrusion. The effects of BEB and three compatibilizers on the mechanical properties of the materials were investigated. The properties and morphology of the materials were characterized by means of contact angle measurement, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that with the increase of BEB content, the mechanical properties of the blends gradually decrease, while the addition of compatibilizers can improve the tensile strength of blends to a certain extent, at the same time, the surface free energy Reduced to the level of pure polylactic acid. The thermal stability of compatibilizing materials is enhanced compared to simple blends, and the temperature range of glass transition is also narrowed.
