对影响机床选择的各个因素进行了分析,利用模糊数学理论,根据零件几何特征、机床装夹尺寸、加工范围、加工精度、加工表面粗糙度等因素建立了机床优化选择的理论模型,并利用模糊综合评判法确定了机床选择的隶属度及最大综合评判指标,在创成式CAPP系统中实现了机床的合理自动选择。建立了ABAQUS有限元模型,对机床的钻削过程进行仿真,分别得到了理论上和经验上的切削参数与切削力、切削参数与加工表面残余应力的关系曲线图,从而找到了最优的切削参数。
The factors affecting machine tool selection were analyzed. The fuzzy mathematics theory was used to establish the theoretical model of machine tool optimal selection according to the geometric characteristics of parts, the clamping size of machine tool, the machining range, the machining accuracy and the machined surface roughness. The comprehensive evaluation method determines the membership degree and the maximum comprehensive evaluation index of the machine tool, and realizes the rational automatic selection of the machine tool in the generative CAPP system. The ABAQUS finite element model is established to simulate the drilling process of the machine tool. The theoretical and empirical cutting parameters, the cutting force and the residual stress of the machined surface are obtained respectively, so that the optimal cutting parameter.
