报告２例女性膀胱外翻功能性修复的体会，重点介绍股薄肌形成尿道括约肌，认为是控制尿失禁的重要手段，也是本术式的特点。提出了重建尿道的长度、管径、角度和尿道括的肌的“束缚力”等因素，均与控制排尿有关。提出髂骨截断，后尿道向上延长及括约肌重建是手术成功的关键住步骤。手术可一期完成。
Report 2 cases of female bladder valgus functional repair experience, focusing on the formation of the fascia muscle urethral sphincter, that is an important means of control of urinary incontinence, but also the characteristics of this technique. Proposed reconstruction of the urethra length, diameter, angle and urethral muscle muscle “binding” and other factors, are related to the control of urination. Proposed iliac truncation, urethra upward extension and reconstruction of the sphincter is the key to successful surgery steps. Surgery can be completed in one phase.
