为了确保水电机组的安全稳定和经济运行,需要实现对水电机组的监测与故障诊断。在 Internet 和 Windows 环境下,利用有效的网络资源、PXI、MXI-3和 DataSocket 技术,采用易于扩展的客户/服务器结构模式来设计水电机组的远程监测和故障诊断系统。在文中针对该系统总体方案,软硬件组成及系统的功能做了详细的说明。该系统实现了水电机组信号的数据采集、数据分析和处理,并能通过网络进行故障诊断,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to ensure the safety, stability and economic operation of hydropower units, monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydropower units need to be implemented. In the Internet and Windows environment, the use of effective network resources, PXI, MXI-3 and DataSocket technology, easy to expand the client / server structure model to design hydroelectric unit remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system. In this paper, the system for the overall program, hardware and software components and system functions are described in detail. The system realizes the data collection, data analysis and processing of hydropower unit signal, and can diagnose faults through the network, which has a good application prospect.
