本文根据膜盘联轴节设计的实践,讨论了它的设计原则、计算方法以及设计中应注意的问题。着重分析了单个膜盘在偏斜弯曲、伞状变形情况下的应力分布规律及联轴节系统临界转速的计算,并讨论了联轴节的整体强度计算和膜盘材料的选择。 According to the practice of membrane disc coupling design, this paper discusses its design principles, calculation methods and problems to be noticed in the design. The stress distribution of a single diaphragm under oblique bending and umbrella deformation and the calculation of the critical speed of the coupling system are analyzed emphatically. The calculation of the overall strength of the coupling and the selection of diaphragm material are also discussed.
