盐酸丁咯地尔为α肾上腺受体抑制剂,临床应用广泛,近年来国内有文献报道不良反应,现摘要如下。1过敏反应男,70岁,因脑梗死给予氯化钠溶液250 ml+丁咯地尔注射液200 mg静脉滴注,9 d,次日用药后出现皮肤红疹、嘴唇发麻症状,即停药,予抗过敏对症治疗,20 min后上述症状逐渐消失[1]
