基于现有的冷热电三联供系统,以节能减排为理念,综合分析中小型工厂的动态能耗需求与其所在地的工业能源供应情况之后,设计了一套动态可调的冷、热、电三联供系统。系统运行前,根据不同的工况给系统预设不同的控制量;系统运行时,控制系统通过PLC接收和处理各传感器的反馈信息,控制各预设输入稳定。在此基础上,根据工厂能耗需求的动态变化,实时控制燃料的供给量,使得系统设备的能耗最低。
