利用宏观、微观实验和三维弹塑性有限元分析方法(FEM,对δ-Al_2O_3短纤维增强Al合金复合材料的弹性模具和应力-应变曲线进行预测,同时讨论该类材料的断裂特征.研究了纤维位向的变化并引入了实测的短纤维位向分布规律.研究表明,本文对该类复合材料的弹性模量和应力-应变曲线的预测是较为准确的.
The macroscopic and microscopic experiments and three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method (FEM) were used to predict the elastic mold and stress-strain curves of δ-Al_2O_3 short fiber reinforced Al alloy composites, and the fracture characteristics of the composites were discussed. The change of orientation and the measured distribution of the orientation of short fiber are introduced.The research shows that the prediction of elastic modulus and stress-strain curve of this kind of composite is more accurate.
