目的:观察肾上腺素对大鼠心肌细胞钙通道作用机理。方法:使用斑片钳技术,在培养的Wistar大鼠心肌细胞上记录T、L、B三型钙通道的单通道电活动。结果:肾上腺素对心肌细胞钙通道L、B单通道开放时间延长,开放概率增加,平均关闭时间缩短(P值均小于0.01),对流过钙通道的Ca2+流幅值无影响。肾上腺素对T型钙通道活动有促进作用趋势,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:肾上腺素对大鼠心肌细胞的作用和已知钙通道激动剂BAY·K8644作用相似,和钙通道阻滞剂异搏定作用相反
Objective: To observe the mechanism of epinephrine on calcium channel in rat cardiomyocytes. Methods: Single-channel electrical activity of T, L, B type calcium channels was recorded on cultured Wistar rat cardiomyocytes using patch clamp technique. Results: Adrenaline increased the open time and the open probability of calcium channel L and B channels in cardiomyocytes, and the mean closing time shortened (P <0.01), but had no effect on the amplitude of Ca2 + flux flowing through calcium channel. Adrenaline has a positive effect on T-type calcium channel activity, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of epinephrine on rat cardiomyocytes is similar to that of the known calcium channel agonist BAY · K8644, which is in contrast to the calcium channel blocker verapamil
