目的研究脑卒中后尿失禁患者尿动力学异常以及针灸、生物电反馈并超声波对脑卒中后尿失禁的治疗效果。方法脑卒中后尿失禁患者106例,行尿动力学检查,分析膀胱尿道功能;并将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予脑卒中常规治疗,治疗组在脑卒中常规治疗的基础上,给予针灸以及生物电反馈和超声波治疗。结果脑卒中后尿失禁主要尿动力学异常为逼尿肌反射亢进和尿道外括约肌无抑制性松弛。针灸、生物电反馈和超声波治疗能明显改善脑卒中后尿失禁症状。结论脑卒中后尿失禁患者尿动力学改变以逼尿肌反射亢进和尿道外括约肌无抑制性松弛为主,采用针灸、生物电反馈并超声波治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效满意。
Objective To study the urodynamic abnormalities in patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence and the therapeutic effects of acupuncture, bioelectricity feedback and ultrasound on post-stroke urinary incontinence. Methods One hundred and six patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence underwent urodynamics examinations to analyze bladder and urinary tract function. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given conventional treatment of stroke. On the given acupuncture and bioelectric feedback and ultrasound treatment. Results The main urodynamic abnormalities of post-stroke urinary incontinence were detrusor hyperreflexia and no inhibitory relaxation of the external urethral sphincter. Acupuncture, bioelectric feedback and ultrasound treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of post-stroke urinary incontinence. Conclusions Urodynamic changes in patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence are mainly detrusor hyperreflexia and non-inhibitory relaxation of the external urethral sphincter. Acupuncture, bioelectricity and ultrasound are the best methods to treat post-stroke urinary incontinence.
