4.1 一氧化氮和新生血管生成新生血管生成或侧支血管形成是指从原先血管中形成新的毛细血管。新生血管生成对于正在生长发育的组织来说很有必要,它能为机体提供氧气与营养素。内皮细胞的增殖和血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)分泌细胞外基质是一个动态过程。一氧化氮(NO)是新生血管生成中一个重要的生化介质。血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是一个强效的新生血管生成刺激物,它同时也能引起内皮细胞释放 NO(Hood,et al.1998)。
4.1 Nitric oxide and neovascularization Neovascularization or collateral vessel formation refers to the formation of new capillaries from the original blood vessels. Neovascularization is necessary for growing tissues, which provide oxygen and nutrients to the body. Endothelial cell proliferation and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) secrete extracellular matrix is a dynamic process. Nitric oxide (NO) is an important biochemical mediator of neovascularization. Vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) is a potent neovascularization stimulator that also induces the release of NO from endothelial cells (Hood, et al. 1998).
