本文重点介绍17例患有鼻额及筛窦部位严重损伤患者的处理治疗经验,其中特别述及到严重并发症:如额窦损伤、脑脊液漏、假性外伤骨质增生症,以及泪管阻塞畸形。作者在13年内(1962～1975年),一共遇到17例上述患者,14例来自急诊,其中2例追随失踪,12例追踪观察由六个月到二年左右,3例中的2例是在最初损伤后10及20年后发现了晚期合并症而要求处理及治疗。病人年龄在4至48岁之间,其中5例在20岁以内,青少年占极大多数。女性4例男性13例。损伤原因:每例患者大多由高速车祸造成严重的冲击伤,位于面部及眼睛之间,多为摩托车车祸,其中8例患者为前座驾驶者,头部撞击在挡风板上,一例病人撞在车杷上,另2例是徒步
This article focuses on the treatment of 17 patients with severe damage to the nasal and ethmoid sites, with particular reference to serious complications such as frontal sinus injury, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, pseudotraumagic osteoarthropathy, and obstruction of the lacrimal duct deformity.
