本文采用相转化法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维超滤膜,研究了后处理过程中不同甘油含量、浸泡时间及晾晒时间对PVDF超滤膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,后处理液中甘油含量为30%、十二烷基硫酸钠为0.3%时,晾干后的膜丝与初始膜丝相比,纯水通量及伸长率保持较好。在后处理液中的浸泡时间对PVDF超滤膜的结构及性能影响不大。经后处理后,晾晒时间越长膜丝的浸润性越差,晾晒20d后,通量衰减至初始通量的81.9%,伸长率基本不变。
In this paper, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by phase inversion method. The effects of different glycerol content, soaking time and drying time on the performance of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane were studied. The experimental results show that when the content of glycerol in the liquid is 30% and the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.3%, the pure water flux and elongation of the membrane after drying are better than those of the initial membrane. The soaking time in the post-treatment solution has little effect on the structure and properties of the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane. After post-treatment, the longer the drying time, the worse the wettability of the film filaments. After drying for 20 days, the flux decayed to 81.9% of the initial flux, and the elongation basically remained unchanged.
